My father had a land of 1acre which was forcefully registered by my cousin to unknown persons through AGPA with possession . All the family members signed it in my home due to threat and as they tried to kill me.The registration of AGPA took place at my home, the sub registrar came to register the property at my residence at 11.00 Pm in the night this was in the year 2015.The AGPA holder made a sale deed in the name of others.Prior to this 6 months before in november 2014 they have published in news paper that we are selling the land that too without our consent and we have approached a lawyer and sent legal notice as well as made a publication in news paper.All these years they were threatening them.Now I dont have any patience became blunt for my self.Now I want to reclaim my property back .How can I do it.Recently I checked the document and came to know that there was consideration of 500000 written in the document which was not given to us.
